That's why our property reports are compiled using high end software that allows us to collect all the information we need from a property and then present it in one easy-to-read report that gets sent to the client in a .pdf format.
The system we use also has a brand new ‘Tenant Portal’ which allows the tenants to add amendments to the inventory and then digitally sign the report via a link that gets emailed to the lead tenant.
